Ingredients

chopped broccoli

sweetened dried cranberries or raisins

pumpkin seeds

finely chopped red onion

whole flax seed
Dressing
1/2
cup
light mayonaise
1/4
cup
flax seed oil

tbsp
raspberry vinegar

tbsP
sugar or honey
Instructions
IN a large bowl place broccoli, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, onion and flaxseed.
IN another bowl, combine mayonnaise, flax seed oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
POUR over salad, toss well.
REFRIGERATE before serving.
