Flax Seed Meatloaf

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, milk, ground flax, crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, garlic, mustard, celery salt and thyme. Mix well.
  2. Pat mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
  3. Spread ketchup over top of loaf Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) 1 to 1-1/2 hours, until no pink remains.
  4. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
