Spicy Chipolte White Bean Dip

cooked white/navy beans

chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, or more, to taste

cloves of garlic

lemon juice

cummin

chilli powder

olive oil
plus 2 tbs
Instructions
In the bowl of a food processor, combine white beans, chipotle peppers, garlic, lemon juice, cumin and chili powder.
While blending, add olive oil in a slow stream until emulsified.
Serve with pita bread or tortilla chips, if desired.
