I bought a bag (900g) of AVION white beans at the Co-op in Winnipeg. There is a soup recipe on the back that doesn’t say to soak the beans first, it just says add to the pot with broth, etc. I always soak the beans before using. Are you saying this isn’t necessary for soup?
