Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 cup 1% milk
1 large ripe mango, peeled and pitted
4 tsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
Put the banana, milk, mango and flaxseed oil in a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
Pour into two tall glasses
